But in recent years, the brand had lost clarity with visual inconsistencies, conflicting logos and varying messages that wasn't differentiating them from other airlines.

Together with agency partner Bloom, we conducted a thorough brand audit across the passenger journey to identify opportunities for optimisation, leading the way with fresh ideas and opportunities to do things differently – with a sparkle of red of course.
