Hey there! I’m Kasey, I’m an ever inquisitive, intuitive, and experimental creative thinker and connector of dots who specialises in brand strategy, brand creation and design across print and digital platforms.


Although I love design, building brands is what makes me get out of bed in the morning.



More than ever, a brand is defined by experience, but are we still able to make people think, sense and feel and deliver that personalised service with a ‘human’ touch in an increasingly digitalised world? This is a great challenge but also an awesome journey to be on, which is why I love working in brand management.


I’ve spent more than half a decade with the Virgin family, designing distinctive red hot Virgin experiences that is passionate, human, persuasive and fun. Shaping brands, disrupting the usual expectations and unlocking the full value of the customer journey at every interaction to take customers from passive encounter to active brand loyalist really excites me.


I’m passionate believer in the power of brands to influence behaviour both inside and outside organisations. Everything I do is anchored in a deep understanding of the business today and the possibilities for tomorrow. Solutions are meaningful, scalable and empowering - Iove a fabulous self serve solution, like brand hubs, toolkits and extensive playbooks.


I’m a compulsive deep-diver and naturally nosy, with a love for going beyond the obvious, always looking for the best solutions from multiple perspectives and unlocking valuable insights to inform strategic decisions and inspire creative development - forever driven to make the strategy creative and the creative strategic.


I currently work for Virgin Atlantic Airways, leading a team of multi-disciplinary creative designers to ideate, develop and implement design solutions across grow, change and run functions in the business. I’m a champion of in-house design teams and believe that the best work comes from collaboration and that creativity has the power - and obligation - to change the world.
